ICMEI Celebrates Independence Day of Yemen with a Vision for Stronger Cultural Ties

Noida, India – Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), extended warm congratulations on behalf of the entire Indian art and culture fraternity to H.E. Abdulmalik Abdullah Al Eryani, Ambassador of Yemen to India, and the people of Yemen on the occasion of their Independence Day, celebrated on 30th November.

Marking the momentous occasion, Dr. Marwah lauded Yemen’s history, resilience, and cultural richness. “Yemen’s Independence Day is a celebration of freedom, heritage, and progress. It gives us great joy to honor this special day and further enhance the cultural bonds between our two nations,” he remarked.

As part of its continued efforts to strengthen cultural diplomacy, ICMEI announced the establishment of the Indo-Yemen Film and Cultural Forum, an initiative aimed at fostering artistic and cinematic collaboration between the two nations. Dr. Marwah shared, “This forum will serve as a platform for promoting mutual understanding, exchanging ideas, and celebrating the vibrant traditions and talents of both Yemen and India. We look forward to initiating activities under this forum soon.”

ICMEI has consistently championed the use of art and media as tools for building international bridges, and the Indo-Yemen Film and Cultural Forum will join the growing list of initiatives that promote cross-cultural connections and dialogue.
