World Mental Health Day 2025 Observed at AAFT School of Health and Wellness. Noida: 10th October 2025 — The AAFT School of Health and Wellness observed World Mental Health Day with a strong message of awareness, care, and compassion at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida. The event emphasized the importance of mental well-being in today’s fast-paced world and the collective responsibility to foster a healthy mind and soul.

Every year, October 10 is observed globally as World Mental Health Day, commemorating the foundation of the World Federation for Mental Health established in 1948. The Federation is an international membership organization that strives to prevent mental and emotional disorders, provide appropriate treatment and care, and promote mental health for all.

The program was supported by the World Peace Development and Research Foundation and the AAFT International Skill Development Council (AISDC), reinforcing the importance of holistic education that values mental wellness alongside skill and career development.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Founder President of AAFT and Chairman of Marwah Studios, addressed the gathering and emphasized the growing need for awareness and open dialogue on mental health issues. “Mental well-being is the foundation of personal and professional growth. We must ensure that our students, faculty, and community feel supported, heard, and empowered. True education is incomplete without emotional stability and inner peace,” said Dr. Marwah.

The event featured interactive discussions, mindfulness activities, and expert talks focusing on stress management, emotional intelligence, and mental resilience. Participants pledged to promote empathy, understanding, and wellness in their personal and professional lives.

AAFT School of Health and Wellness continues to promote mental and emotional health through its educational initiatives, workshops, and wellness programs, contributing towards a balanced, peaceful, and progressive society.
